Kelsey is a licensed Physician Assistant specializing in cosmetic and surgical dermatologic procedures in the Newark, DE and Rehoboth Beach, DE locations. She first worked with Dr. Lawrence Chang in 2021 as a student. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from Delaware State University in Dover, Delaware and then earned her Master of Science at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and subsequently joined Dr. Chang’s practice. Kelsey is a current member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants as well as a current member of the American Academy of PAs. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. She has been extensively trained by Dr. Chang in cosmetic and dermatologic procedures. Additionally, she has been extensively trained by highly recognized companies such as Allergan, Galderma, Revance, Inmode, Cynosure, ZO, and Skin Better. Kelsey specializes in skin cancer screening and skin cancer procedures, cosmetic injections, cosmetic lasers, and non-invasive facial and body procedures.

She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. and then earned her Master of Medical Science at Arcadia University in Newark, DE. Jennifer is a current member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants as well as a current member of the American Academy of PAs. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. She has been extensively trained by Dr. Chang in cosmetic and dermatologic procedures.
